Weronika Sołkiewicz – New Expert at the Foundation

Weronika Sołkiewicz

Weronika Sołkiewicz is an attorney-at-law (advocate) admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association and holds a PhD in Law. In 2026, she defended her doctoral dissertation entitled Unaccompanied Children in International Protection Procedures under European Union and Polish Law. She specializes in family law, administrative law, and international protection law.

From the beginning of her legal career, Weronika has been actively involved in pro bono work focused on human rights and children’s rights. She collaborates with an international organization supporting refugees and is a member of the Children’s Rights Section of the Warsaw Bar Association. She is also engaged in academic research and delivers training courses and workshops on family law and international protection, with particular emphasis on the legal situation of unaccompanied children.
